Please allow up to 48 hours from your registration until the upload in PaperCept is enabled.
The corresponding deadlines are under https://icdl2025.fel.cvut.cz/important-dates/, submissions, camera ready. For a regular paper with extra pages (7th or 8th page) or to upload an additional regular paper, the corresponding fee needs to be paid first.

pages over the limit of 6 pages are subject to charge of 2400 CZK / per page
Late-breaking results:
Accepted submissions will be presented during the poster session. These submissions will be included in the local conference proceedings but not on IEEE Xplore.
In PaperPlaza, please fill in the abstract in plain text and on the next page submit a pdf document of maximum 1 page using the provided template (the same as for the contributed papers). The pdf may contain figures and references.
Please, treat the LBR as “a mini paper”. It is recommended to include sections similar to a normal paper, including a short abstract.
For regular papers and late-breaking results: Use this LaTeX template (see LaTex Support Pagefor more information) orWord Template (see Word Support Page for more information). Please note that we updated the template information during the submission window, and you may have used a different template depending on when you started working on your manuscript. See images below for more information. Please submit your final manuscript in the correct template.
Put affiliations in the bottom left corner and not under the authors line.
Do not put green circles with links to ORCID in the authors line.
When using Word, please use the US Letter version. The A4 version creates unnecessary space on top of the page.
